The Semel Institute, Department of Psychiatry and the Resnick Hospital is a unique group. Within its core research centers all categories of modern behavioral neuroscience, social policy, and human culture are represented. Through the Institute's support of initiatives in clinical care at the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, and the fostering of clinical research in many different departments the opportunity for collaboration across the categories of science and across disciplinary lines is unique. This collective capability delivers outpatient, partial and inpatient hospital services, with some of the highly advanced research programs offering specific evaluation and assessment services.
